We may be a good fit if you’re…

  • Feeling unsuccessful or ineffective in your role as a parent

  • Navigating challenging family dynamics, including co-parenting or parenting a child with special needs or learning difficulties

  • Experiencing uncertainty about the future of your relationships or career

  • Coping with a recent loss, such as the death of a loved one

  • Struggling to focus at work or manage all of your responsibilities

  • Receiving feedback from others that you aren’t “yourself” and noticing something isn’t quite right

Sometimes, the things that used to work are no longer effective. Together, we can discover new ways to cope and move forward.

Changes and transitions in life often bring up feelings of uncertainty, overwhelm, and grief. In these times, additional support and the space to process what you’re experiencing can be transformational. Our work together is intended to help you create a solid foundation that allows you to manage all the things bringing you stress so you can achieve balance, find satisfaction in life, and discover more meaningful relationships.

It’s typical to have mixed feelings, ambivalence, or confusing experiences, especially in the midst of change. I aim to support you in identifying each of these different facets of the things you’re facing, allowing you to better understand the whole of your experience and cultivate a sense of agency in how you show up to challenging circumstances.

My approach is tailored, thoughtful, and honest. Working through a difficult loss or challenge requires someone responding in ways that help you feel heard and validated, and that’s what I want to offer you. I see my role as a guide in pulling together pieces of your experience and your history to more fully understand yourself, feel more engaged in life, and be present and more connected in your relationships. Together, we can discover what’s going to work best for you and your needs, sometimes thinking outside the box and sometimes utilizing what you already know.

Whether supporting you through loss, career changes, new seasons of life, or the journey of parenthood, I’ll walk alongside you as you discover meaning in your experiences and create a life where you feel more whole, authentic, and connected.
