We may be a good fit if you’re…
Feeling anxious about a new role, stage, or identity in life
Noticing old coping mechanisms or support systems are no longer working like they used to
Grieving a loss or significant life change
Not feeling like your genuine or authentic yourself
Experiencing communication challenges or disconnection in important relationships
Looking for a therapist who is warm, compassionate, direct, and gently challenging when needed
It can be difficult to move toward change, and I commend you for taking this first step.
It’s normal when different responsibilities and relationships stir up uncomfortable and difficult emotions. Sometimes, especially in times of transition, all of these can add up to stress that is difficult to cope with on our own. However, when we recognize patterns and develop new tools and insights to change them, we open ourselves up to more confidence, fulfillment, and empowerment to face life’s challenges.
I offer a nurturing, non-judgmental space that prioritizes you, your self-exploration, and your growth. With deep respect for the healing process and resiliency of my clients, I recognize the importance of working with someone you trust and feel a connection with. That means encouraging and welcoming your feedback—my commitment to your growth means if something isn’t working or our direction needs to change, it’s important to me that we address that.
I draw on approaches that are focused on relationships—the one you have with yourself, the ones you have with the people and world around you, and the one we have together. In addition to offering practical tools to help you feel success and relief in the moment, I'll support you in better understanding your inner world and making connections between both your past and present experiences. My priority is—and always will be—to provide the type of support you need most, so my methods are always based on your unique goals.
Together we’ll work to help you understand the challenges you are facing and make decisions that align with your values and what is most important to you. With compassion, humor, and a genuine appreciation for the whole of who you are, I aim to help you feel empowered as you find fulfillment in your relationships and discover a more enriching life.
