  • Life transitions are significant changes in your life that can impact your emotional, psychological, and physical well-being. These can include changes in relationships, career, health, and even personal growth. They can come with positive or negative experiences, or both. Life transitions can sometimes make us doubt ourselves or our choices, or can lead us to feel lost, alone, or confused. These transitions can also be the catalyst for growth, and it is often helpful to have support, guidance, and another perspective as you move through these transitions.

  • We can feel "stuck" in our lives for lots of reasons, and therapists at Blue Sage first work with you to understand what is causing you to feel stuck in this particular spot in your life. Sometimes we need to learn something new about ourselves or new tools in order to move forward. And sometimes we need to take time to reflect on the past and the present to gain more certainty about our next step.

  • Yes! While life can be unpredictable, sometimes we could use support in getting to the next stage that we know is coming, such as an educational or job change, or choosing to commit to a romantic partner.
