We may be a good fit if you’re…

  • Wanting to feel closer to your partner or more authentic in yourself

  • Facing conflict in your relationship or having the same argument or experience over and over again

  • Struggling with trust, including as a result of infidelity or betrayal

  • Wondering if you should stay in your relationship or go

  • Needing to heal family wounds or strengthen connections

  • Navigating the challenges that come with significant life changes

  • Feeling disconnected from yourself, your feelings, or the people in your life

  • Relying on strategies to feel better that don't seem to work or don't work anymore

It’s difficult to reach out for help. I create a caring, safe space that fosters healing, connection with yourself and others, and reflection that leads to growth & a more fulfilling life.

Each of us is shaped by our prior relationships and experiences. When we take the time to become aware of these influences and their impact, we allow for the possibility of change.

Together, we’ll create a framework to understand your unique experience, reflecting on how you got here in order to focus on where you are now and where you want to go. I aim to help you make connections you may not have realized were there and find new meaning as you better understand how your experiences, beliefs, feelings, and behaviors are related.

Whether you come as an individual, couple or polycule, or as a family, it is essential to me that everyone in the room—physically or virtually—feels heard and seen, and that their personal concerns will be addressed. First, we may work on developing or accessing tools and skills that you can draw on right away. From there, we may start to identify patterns: the repeated experiences that may be holding you back or keeping you stuck in place. Once we know these patterns, then we can discover what it will take to change them. I’ll also support you in processing and healing the often deep-rooted impacts of painful experiences or old wounds.

Every client, every relationship, and every story is unique, and I treat them as such, so I bring a fresh lens to each conversation. While I am informed by what has helped others in the past, our work will be constructed together and guided by your needs, perspective, and experiences.

At the core of therapy is our relationship. In me, you’ll find someone you can trust to get to know and understand you deeply. Together, we’ll come up with an approach and path forward that is meaningful for you and connected to what you hope to achieve in this work.

Please note that I do not work with insurance for couple and family therapy.
